A new, founder-run project

This publication is part of five sites operated by the same publisher: Countertop Tech Review, Countertop Software Guide, Countertop ShopTalk, Countertop Forum, and StoneForum. Each has a different focus. Links between them are links within this publishing group.

How to read the work

The Editorial Desk byline identifies the publishing function. The initial guides were developed with AI-assisted research and drafting. They offer frameworks for adaptation; they do not report interviews or product tests that did not take place.

Vendor documentation is attributed as such. Historical reviews identify the period covered alongside the actual publication date. Original examples are illustrative rather than customer testimonials.

Coverage and commercial relationships

The initial guides do not rank or endorse software vendors. Future sponsored coverage will identify the sponsorship and appropriately mark commercial links. Relevant ownership or vendor relationships must be disclosed when making product-specific recommendations.

Corrections

Include the article URL, the statement in question, and a supporting source when suggesting a correction. You can submit a correction through the project’s issue tracker. A GitHub account is required. Do not include private customer information.

Community status

Registration and posting are being prepared. The current site is a resource gateway; it does not contain a live forum or simulated discussions.
